National Elephant Conservation Centre


Those who love elephant, can visit the National Elephant Conservation Centre. There is a unique activities with the elephants such as ride and bath with the elephant.


This elephant ride was fun, simply because u can really sit directly on top of the elephant n can feels their rough skin :)




Visitors can also enjoy swimming in the river while the elephant taking their bath :)




This activities limited to 120 visitors only. Visitor need to get this pass at the registration office.

Its really fun for those who are elephant lovers like me :)




Deerland


Done visited the National Elephant Conservation Centre, visitors can also visit the Deerland which is just near by. U can find many other animal than deer in Deerland.





Interesting about this place is that ,animal are released free to interact with visitors, can touch and snap pictures close up with all the animal. This is enjoyable and great experience.

Sayur Kacang Panjang dan Kobis Goreng


BAHAN-BAHANNYA

  • beberapa tangkai kacang panjang
  • sedikit sayur kobis
  • sekeping isi ayam
  • 1 camca besar sos tiram
  • garam secukup rasa
  • minyak masak
  • sedikit air


BAHAN DIHIRIS

  • 1 biji bawang merah
  • 2 ulas bawang putih


CARA MEMASAK

  1. Kacang panjang dan kobis dihiris.
  2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan2 hiris hingga harum, masukkan ayam dan biar seketika sehingga isi ayam masak.
  3. Masukkan sos tiram dan kacau rata, masukkan sedikit air
  4. Masukkan kacang panjang dan sayur kobis masak hingga kacang sedikit lembut,

Ayam Sambal Ibunda








BAHAN-BAHANNYA


4 ketul ayam, potong ikut suka ( saya suka potong kecil-kecil)
1 1/2 camca teh serbuk kunyit
1 camca teh garam

* (ayam digaulkan dengan serbuk kunyit dan garam)

5 camca besar cili kisar (cili kering dikisar bersama 1/2 bawang besar dan sedikit belacan )
1 biji bawang besar dipotong bulat (boleh tambah lebih bawang jika suka)

3 sudu air asam jawa ( asam jawa dibancuh dengan sedikit air)
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Minyak masak

1 helai daun pandan (jika suka)



CARA MEMASAK

  1. Goreng ayam hingga masak , angkat dan toskan.
  2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis cili kisar dan bawang besar. Sehingga sambal masak.
  3. Tuang air asam jawa, dan masukkan gula dan garam
  4. Masukkan daun pandan yg telah diikat
  5. Setelah sambal masak, masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi
  6. Kacau rata dan sedia untuk dihidangkan

Dulu masa belajar kat U, asyik rindu je masakan ibunda saya , resepi ni wajib request setiap kali say balik bercuti semester :P
sekarang nie dah boleh masak sendiri :)

Pagi2 Ahad memang best melepak dan makan2 je sambil tgk TV kan ? heheheh…

so masak lah resepi yg diajarkan oleh adik saya.
